Dr Adu is currently an Honorary Consultant Nephrologist at Korle Bu Hospital in Ghana and formerly worked at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham. He trained at Cambridge University and University College Hospital London. He had postgraduate training at Oxford and at Guys Hospital. His major research interests are in glomerulonephritis and lupus nephritis. He is a past member of the Council of the Royal College of Physicians London and was Chairman of the UK Nephrology Training Committee and the UK Renal Association International Committee. He has worked with colleagues in Africa to deliver postgraduate training in renal medicine.

Olusoji Oyawoye is a 1987 graduate of Economics who also holds both a Postgraduate Diploma and a Masters Degree in Business Management. With a wealth of experience in all facets of banking spanning eighteen years, (as a user of Outsourcing service), the last five in Executive Management capacity, Olusoji is credited for exemplary people skills which have seen him lead several turnaround initiatives in his banking career in Nigeria. Soji is an Associate Certified Outsourcing Professional (aCOP) of the International Association of Outsourcing Professional (IAOP) in USA. These skills and expertise has been useful in applying Outsourcing best practices to Resource Intermediaries Group since the first company started in 2006. He is also a public speaker for singles and married couples and a publisher with several published articles, a Newsletter on Outsourcing and two books on relationships. His area of interest is in developing skills and best practices competence in managing business's Human and Administrative assets. |

He is an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management, an affiliate of Management Institute of Singapore and Member London Chartered Institute of Bankers and most recently Member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).
